Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

⚠️ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Customers must purchase postage and send the package back to us using their preferred carrier.

If your return request is approved, we’ll provide you with the return address and clear instructions on how to send your item back.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We may ask for photos of the product and packaging to help us review the issue and process your return more quickly.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

⚠️Some products cannot be returned:

  • Print on demand items (unless defective)
  • Perishable goods, personal care products, or hazardous materials
  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Products from vendors who do not accept returns (this will always be noted on the product page)

We clearly indicate on the product page if an item is non-returnable.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.
If you’d like another product, please return your item first, and then place a new order once your return has been approved.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
