We understand why brands are cautious about Amazon sellers
Uncontrolled pricing, short-term inventory dumping and unclear sourcing can quickly turn marketplace growth into a brand problem. We built our wholesale approach around avoiding exactly those issues.
Healthy pricing
benefits both of us
Protecting retail pricing is in our interest as a retailer too.
If sellers continuously undercut one another, the brand loses price stability and the retailer loses margin. Eventually the product may stop making commercial sense for everyone involved.
Clear rules - Practical controls
We prefer concrete operating practices over broad promises.
Minimum pricing controls
Where pricing automation is used, minimum seller prices can be configured so the system cannot simply continue repricing downward without a defined floor.
MAP and supplier requirements
If your company maintains MAP guidelines or specific Amazon conditions, we incorporate those requirements into our pricing and marketplace setup.
Documented wholesale sourcing
Inventory is purchased through legitimate B2B channels and supporting wholesale invoices are retained for our purchases.
No sell-at-any-cost strategy
We evaluate products before purchasing inventory. If the economics only work by aggressively undercutting the market, it is not a sustainable wholesale opportunity for us.
Direct supplier communication
Questions about pricing, marketplace permissions or product representation can be handled directly with DUDU Home rather than through multiple layers of staff.
Respectful product representation
If we notice missing product information, limited imagery or another obvious listing issue, we can flag it to the brand. Brand representation should remain aligned with the brand itself.
We understand why brands can be hesitant
Marketplace restrictions are often based on real experience. We prefer to address those concerns directly and work within clear expectations from the beginning.
Past experience with Amazon sellers
We understand that marketplace restrictions are often based on previous experience. That is why we prefer clear expectations around pricing, sourcing and Amazon activity from the beginning.
If requirements change
Policies and marketplace strategies can change. We stay accessible and responsive, so new requirements can be incorporated into how we operate.
Already working with Amazon sellers?
That is not a problem. We are not looking to replace existing retail partners. We can operate alongside your current sellers and follow the same pricing, marketplace and distribution requirements you already have in place.
A scalable fulfillment model with retailer oversight
Amazon handles fulfillment and routine customer service. We remain responsible for sourcing, inventory decisions, pricing and supplier compliance.
Purchase
Inventory is ordered from the brand directly or an authorized wholesale distributor under the applicable supplier terms.
Prepare & Send
Products are prepared for FBA and shipped into Amazon's U.S. fulfillment network.
Manage
We oversee inventory, seller pricing and account activity while Amazon handles order fulfillment and customer delivery.
A stronger listing helps everyone sell the product better
We are not the brand owner, and we do not pretend to be. But as a retailer, we also have an interest in a complete, accurate and convincing product detail page.
If we notice missing images, incomplete specifications, inaccurate information or another obvious opportunity, we are happy to bring it to your attention.
Building our wholesale network
Our retail portfolio continues to grow through relationships with established U.S. brands and wholesale suppliers.
Supplier relationships and marketplace permissions vary by company and product. Products are sold only through channels permitted under the applicable supplier or brand relationship.
An independent U.S. ecommerce retailer
DUDU Home LLC was established in 2023. We began with our own private-label home product and later expanded into wholesale retail.
We are now selectively building our Amazon assortment through direct brand and distributor relationships rather than simply adding as many products as possible.
Looking for a responsible Amazon retail partner?
We work within clearly defined Amazon, pricing and authorized reseller requirements, so expectations are aligned from the beginning.
